This privacy statement describes how Stefanie Solomon Consulting LLC, d/b/a Ask10 Strategies (herein referred to as Ask10) is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personally identifiable information (PII). Personally identifiable information is described as any information that can identify you as an individual person. This privacy statement applies to information collected from voluntary use of this website from individuals including but not limited to clients, employees, vendors, and job applicants. This Privacy Statement is based on the privacy and data protection principles applicable to the countries in which Stefanie Solomon Consulting operates as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce. It is intended to summarize Ask10’s general data protection practices and provide you with choices of how you can access and update this information.

How and What Type of Information Is Gathered

When accessing Ask10’s website, Ask10 will collect and store certain information such as: the domain name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, your browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), the pages accessed on our site, and the IP address of the site from which you directly linked to Ask10’s site. In filling out forms or data requests from Ask10’s website, or otherwise voluntarily requesting or supplying information to Ask10, you are agreeing to voluntarily provide such information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, fax number, bank account information, information about your health status, and email. In addition, if you email us, we will automatically retain your email address. We will not collect your financial information, social security number, or other government issued identifier without your express consent.

Ask10 does not sell or license personal information to third parties. We may however, disclose any information collected from use of the website with third-party marketing companies to assist us in maintaining our website, analyzing our website traffic, and in general improving the overall use of our website. In addition, Ask10 reserves the right to disclose personal information where required by law or to comply with legal or regulatory processes.  Information you submit to Ask10 through this website is used only for the explicit purpose for which it was submitted. As stated, Ask10 does not sell or license personal information to third parties.

Correction/Update of Information

If the need arises to update any of the personally identifiable information that Ask10 has for you, you may send an email to ssolomon@ask10strategies.com.  Ask10 will update, change, or delete any data within 30 days of receipt of email.

California Privacy Rights

Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information (as defined by California law) the business shares with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. To exercise your rights, you may make one request each year by emailing us at ssolomon@ask10strategies.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line and in the body of your message. Please be sure to provide in the request sufficient information to properly identify you and/or the members of your family.

Changes to This Policy

We review our policies on a regular basis and may update this Privacy Notice by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to make sure you are aware of any changes. If there are significant material changes to the policy, a notice will be posted on our home page.

Only authorized Ask10 staff and approved third-party vendors are provided access to personally identifiable information. Our staff and third-party vendors are required to treat this information as confidential. As permitted by law, certain data elements may not be subject to access, modification, portability, restriction, and/or deletion. Furthermore, where permissible, we may charge for this service. We will respond to reasonable requests as soon as practicable and as required by law. Transfer of Data to the U.S.

Please note that if you are visiting the Sites from outside of the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and/or processed in the United States. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
